PAYA from Spain copied quite a few things over the years. A very hard to get model is the FS E646, which was an almost 100% copy of the Lima model. It had a cream coloured body and light blue trim, although the fronts of the loco were left unpainted. Furthermore, the paintjob was quite lousy and looked somewhat handpainted. Prints of the data on the loco was even lousier than the paintjob. The result was, don't know.... Have a look:
