Remember the Pola buildings in the 1980's shown in the Lima catalogues? Lima again and again sold some items from other manufacturers. Another example are the grey Bühler transformers with Lima branding.

Well, the Crèpes booth should be Jouef, a Pizza-wagon Lima, and finally a red and yellow Paella stand Electrotren. Fish and Chips goes to Hornby itself .

One question, the booth is 1:87 or 1:76? I think the latter..

Martin, there is no two models, this is only one model with both LIMA and JOUEF labels. Yes, beside the "CREPES" there is also "PIZZA", "PAELLA" and "BRATWURST" trailers. Following the link:

it is clear that they produced in 1:76 scale, using the castings by Oxford Diecast.
