Well, it has taken me a bit longer than anticipated, but I found a copy of the 1990 Australian catalogue (if a single folded sheet can be called that) which I mentioned in the 1994 thread.

These were free from toy and hobby shops, but they also appeared in the centre of the August 1990 Australian Model Railway Magazine - which this copy was in, hence the staples visible in the middle image.



Unfortunately the pictured "Victorian Railways VLCX Freight Wagon" or Louvre Van never appeared. At least not from Lima.
