In the early 90's Lima started to produce their revised Alco C420, which was imported to the USA by MRC (Model Rectifier Corp.). The same models were sold under the Lima and later Rivarossi brand names. MRC had their own packaging. These new Alco Diesels had a heavy metal frame, centered motor with flywheels and all wheels driven. The handrails were much better than the ones on the old Lima model and the pilot was fixed to the body.
